After running 7 marathons and 7 ½ marathons in the last 3 years I thought I was in great shape. Even with all the miles I logged, I never was truly fit. My eating habits were horrible…. I never really paid attention to what I stuffed in my face and assumed if I ran enough miles it would all melt away. (I was wrong! J)
When I joined Group Figure Training July 2010 I had no idea what Angela & Claudia had I store for me but was ready for the challenge ahead. I expect a lot of sweat and sore muscles…and I was right. What I didn’t expect was that Claudia & Angela taught me new eating habits, new cooking techniques, and helped me to look at food in a whole new way…as fuel for the body. It was a huge eye opener for me and has changed everything for the better. The support from my trainers and group of fabulous ladies I trained with every day was amazing! They helped keep me focused and on the right track. Not only was I able to attain my goals, but I did it in the healthiest way possible. No stupid fad diet, just old fashion hard work and clean eating. My words cannot fully express the gratitude & fulfillment I feel after being part of such a wonderful team. I am a stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my entire life. Thank you!!
