GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:
Finally an affordable way to reap the benefits of personal training. Group training is 4-6 clients per group and welcomes all fitness levels! Clients love the group training because it creates comradeship, competition, it is fun meeting others. The group session is 55 minutes and meets two – three mornings or evenings per week. You will challenge every part of your body and have a blast at the same time! You will get results and do things you never thought you could do!

GROUP FIGURE BIKINI COMPETITION TRAINING
